Situated on the chalk hills of Hampshire's stunning South Downs National Park, Raimes are producers of award-winning sparkling wines. A fifth generation farming family, the vineyards are devoted exclusively to the three classic champagne grapes - Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The recently launched B58 Winery, located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Beaulieu, has an innovative approach to growing vines - in tunnels - enabling the fruit to have less opportunity for disease, be more abundant, and ensure consistency in terms of the quality and quantity of grape varieties not usually successfully grown in the UK from one year to the next.
