The ATIXA Annual Conference Committee is soliciting program proposals for its Annual Conference, to be held October 18-20, 2022, in Orlando, FL.
  • The Call for Proposal deadline is Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
  • Notifications of acceptance/rejection will go out electronically by Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
Please use the form below to submit your proposal Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

Selections will be based on the following criteria:
  • Relevance to the topics of Title IX, Policies, Advocacy and Prevention, Title VII, ADA/504, and the Violence Against Women Act 304, Hearing Panels, K-12 related topics, sex and gender equity, or the Clery Act
  • Completeness, detail, and professionalism of the proposal
  • Evidence‐based, promising, and innovative model programs/practices are welcome, but please ensure that an institution-specific program must include broader application and takeaways to be considered
  • Engaging format, presenters, and/or concepts

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Concurrent sessions will take place on Wednesday, October 19, either from 10:45am-12:00pm and 4:30pm-5:45pm
  • Sessions are 75 minutes long inclusive of a Q&A session
  • Co‐presented sessions are encouraged
  • All presenters will be registered for the conference complimentary and present in-person in Orlando, FL
  • You need not be an ATIXA member to attend, nor present
  • If accepted, presentation materials will be due on or before September 2, 2022
Please remember that the Conference Committee has only your submission on which to evaluate your proposal. 

  • Explain why your proposal is an important contribution to the field
  • Have a point and articulate it clearly
  • Know and reference research, guidance, best practice, cases, etc
  • Tailor your proposal per the guidelines, time limit, and audience
  • Include a descriptive title
  • Proofread
  • Upload your presentation, if possible
