Your personal information will only be shared with the UNFCCC, other relevant New Zealand Government agencies and third-party suppliers for its intended purpose. · If approved, your badge will be listed as registered in the UNFCCC participants system under ‘New Zealand’, but you will not be part of the New Zealand official delegation and will not be able to access closed sessions.

New Zealand Party Overflow badge holders must act consistently with UNFCCC Code of Conduct and the laws of the host Country.

· The New Zealand government maintains full discretion to approve or remove a New Zealand Party Overflow Badge from any individual at COP30.

· New Zealand Party Overflow badge holders are fully responsible for their own travel, accommodation and health and safety. The Government is not able to provide any extra assistance to COP30 participants over and above assistance provided to all New Zealanders as part of normal consular services.
