This survey is designed to gather public input for an update of the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP).  The RTP establishes spending priorities through a community-driven, performance-based analysis of the regions transportation challenges and opportunities.  It is also the primary means by which federal and matching state funds are allocated to the Cape's transportation needs.  This process is overseen by the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization - a multi-agency committee of local and state officials.
