When the time approaches to truly begin to plan for the future of your loved-one with a disability, the task may seem overwhelming.  There are numerous areas that require your consideration.   You may ask yourself if you need to see an attorney.  In this presentation, we will offer a list of areas to consider that you might not have thought needed attention. Featured speakers include Attorney Heather A. Wilson J.D., who will speak on different types of financial trusts, and Ron Konkol, who will speak about social security benefits, as well as Jan Greenberg PhD., Sociology professor at UW-Madison. All participants will receive a free Life Plan Workbook. Please join us Nov. 2nd for our Planning for the Future Presentation in Madison, WI to help you Plan for the Futures.  
We will have a breakfast and lunch provided during the training.
