The Harriet Tubman Village Charter School is in the process of evaluating the progress made on the current LCAP (Local Control Accountability Plan and creating a new action plan for the following 3-5 years. It is important for the School to gather parent and community input as a means to evaluate the effectiveness of our current programs and plan, and set School  goals and a direction for student learning and student success in future years. The results of this survey will have a significant impact on budget decisions made regarding allocating the revenues received from the state for 2016-17 and beyond. We thank you in advance for taking your time to provide input in several different areas as specified by the funding model for California Schools . Your input is vital. This survey may only be taken once per family.
