We’re curating a list of the industry-related programs, celebrations and activities that our exhibitors, sponsors, partners and affiliates will be running during the week of RSAC™ 2025 Conference, which takes place April 28 - May 1.
Whether or not you'd like to have your program or resource posted to our web site, please fill out all the information in this form. There is a checkbox at the end to include/exclude your event from website posting. We ask this of all partners hosting affiliate events so that we may keep the San Francisco Travel Association apprised of all events taking place the week of RSAC™ 2025 Conference. Together, we work closely with law enforcement and the SFPD Community Ambassadors (who provide enhanced safety for visitors and merchants) and appreciate knowing where affiliate events are taking place so they can adjust coverage where needed.

Criteria:
- Events that take place during the week of RSAC™ 2025 Conference must NOT take place during the following hours:
- Monday, April 28: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Welcome Reception)
- While not expressly prohibited, we ask that you consider the attendee experience and avoid scheduling your events during RSAC 2025 Conference West Stage Keynotes.
- Monday, April 28: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, April 29: 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM, 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, April 30: 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM, 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, May 1: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Proper RSAC™ Conference branding within the name of your event and any associated materials is required. RSAC™ 2025 Conference, RSAC™ or RSAC™ 2025 are correct. RSA or RSA 2025 is incorrect, as is the inclusion of "the" before RSAC Conference.
