RSAC 2024 Affiliate Events Submission Form |
We’re curating a list of the industry-related programs, celebrations and activities that our exhibitors, sponsors, partners and affiliates will be running during the week of RSAC 2024 which takes place May 6-9.
Whether or not you'd like to have your program or resource posted to our web site, please fill out all the information in this form. There is a checkbox at the end to include/exclude your event from website posting. We ask this of all partners hosting affiliate events so that we may keep the San Francisco Travel Association apprised of all events taking place the week of RSAC 2024. Together, we work closely with law enforcement and the SFPD Community Ambassadors (who provide enhanced safety for visitors and merchants) and appreciate knowing where affiliate events are taking place so they can adjust coverage where needed.

Criteria:
- Events that take place during the week of RSA Conference 2024 must NOT take place during the following hours:
- Sunday, May 5: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Monday, May 6: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, May 7: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday, May 8: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday, May 9: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Proper RSA Conference branding within the name of your event and any associated materials is required. RSA Conference, RSA Conference 2024, RSAC or RSAC 2024 are correct, with a registered mark to be used in the first mention. RSA or RSA 2024 is incorrect, as is the inclusion of "the" before RSA Conference. Read guidelines.
