District Level Parent Survey Spring 2014

Birmingham City Schools Division of Education Student Support Services requests your participation in this survey. The purpose of this survey is to use it with other resources to gauge the current family engagement practices in our schools. Please give us your perspective on the extent to which your child's school is providing services that support strong families and student learning. Please complete a separate survey for each school in which you have a child or children enrolled.

Questions 15-21 are to be answered only by parents who have a child enrolled in a Title I school; if your child does not attend a Title I School you are to skip these questions. (Non-Title I Schools are: Ramsay, Christian,Phillips, Princeton and E.P.I.C.)

There are twenty-two questions you are asked to answer. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. To submit your answers at the end of Question 22 you must press the submit icon. "Thank You" will appear when the survey has been successfully submitted.
