Thank you for your interest in the 45th Annual COSA Conference in Seaside. We are excited to announce that the Seaside Convention Center has been undergoing renovations for some time now, which are expected to be complete by the time of the conference. 

Due to this construction, we are unable to verify an exhibit layout and, as a result, cannot guarantee an exact location at this time. 

If you are interested, please fill out this form in its entirety to secure a spot. Completing this form will give you preference over locations when we have more details. For any questions about your registration status, please contact Meghan Cusick Olson at meghan@cosa.k12.or.us

The exhibit area will be open on Thursday and Friday, June 20-21. Set up time for most booths will be Wednesday afternoon and tear down will take place Friday afternoon. Exact set up and tear down times will be sent in a confirmation email after the Early Registration deadline.

Your invoice will be sent to the mailing address provided on your Request Form. Payment will be due by May 31st and cancellation after that deadline will result in forfeiture of the entire exhibit fee.


COSA will not be responsible for the safety of the property of exhibitors from theft, damage by fire, water, storm, vandalism, or other causes, but will take reasonable precautions to protect the exhibitors from such loss.

Once you submit this form, your registration will be reviewed. Exhibitors who attended last year will be assigned a booth first, and then new exhibitors will be approved based on availability. If you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice will be mailed to the address provided above.
