The 2016 Santa Monica Renter Needs Survey serves as a pre-application for a pilot program offering rental assistance to rent-burdened households living in rent-controlled apartments. The survey deadline to be considered for the pilot program is July 18th, 2016, at 5pm PST.
The City of Santa Monica will continue keep this survey open in order to gain information on renter needs, but any surveys received after July 18th, 2016, at 5pm PST will not be considered for the pilot program.
