The annual Respiratory National Scientist Core Education and Training (RENASCENT) is a program of the Canadian Lung Association (CLA) co-hosted by Canadian Institutes of Health Research - Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (CIHR-ICRH) in partnership with the Canadian Respiratory Research Network (CRRN) and the Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS). RENASCENT is an important annual event for trainees and new investigators in the respiratory community and offers interactive sessions for the development of academic, professional, leadership and career skills required to succeed within the health research ecosystem.
