This is the application for up to $500 support to enhance the participation of undergraduates in Regional Chapter meetings or activities.

Application deadline is January 17, 2022.

There will be a August deadline for funding for activities in the last half of 2022.

Please note that these funds will be used to reimburse expenses directly related to undergraduate students, their non-SOT member advisors, or for facilitators specific for undergraduate programming. Provide sufficient detail for clarity that the request directly supports increasing engagement of undergraduate students in toxicology.

Reimbursement Requirements: After the meeting, the Regional Chapter is reimbursed for expenses as approved in the grant award, based on documentation of the expenses. The registration list with contact information for the advisors and the undergraduate students, as well as student graduation dates, the meeting agenda, any materials specifically for the undergraduates, and a summary of the student feedback (online survey is available to use) are also required.
