Thank you for your interest in the RCDC Mentorship program. We hope that this initiative provides you with valuable assistance as you build your career.

Please make sure to submit your completed form by June 30, 2024. The College expects to contact you with the information of the mentor with whom you are paired by mid-August.
While we will do our best to provide you with a mentor based on the answers provided here, a pairing based on specific criteria cannot be guaranteed, and will depend on the availability of mentors.
