Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and Non-Alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) are now the most common cause of chronic liver disease among adults in the United States. The impact of NAFLD/NASH on patients' care and health-related quality of life is important to understand the full burden of these diseases, the medical management and social support response. Data derived from this survey as part of FLF's The State of NAFLD/NASH Care in America™ initiative can provide all stakeholders real-life information needed to understand the total impact of the disease and its treatment. None of the questions in this survey are mandatory. Please provide as much information as you are willing to share.
