A Report Generation Type represents the frequency with which you run your payroll cycles and how often you will report that payroll information to ETF. This questionnaire will gather information about your Report Generation Type(s). Most employers will only have one Report Generation Type (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.). The Report Generation Type reflects the start and stop date associated with the hours your employees worked for the reported period, not the pay date. For example, if your payroll for all of your employees is based on work for a seven-day period running from Sunday through Saturday, you would respond that you have one Report Generation Type, even if you run multiple payrolls through your internal systems to process paychecks.
The four standard Report Generation Types are:
· Weekly
· Bi-weekly (every two weeks)
· Semi-monthly (twice a month)
· Monthly
