The study is open to MALES 21-44 YEARS OLD who are residents of South Florida - if you do not currently live in South Florida, you will not be able to participate in this study.

Please answer the following questions as accurately as possible because your answers will determine if you qualify to participate in this paying research study.

This online survey is used by Ask Miami to determine if you qualify as a potential participant in our upcoming focus group. You will not be paid for completing this online survey.
