Tall Poppy Syndrome occurs when people are attacked, resented, disliked, criticized, or "cut down" because of their achievements and/or success. This survey will examine the impact of Tall Poppy Syndrome on women in the workplace, why it occurs, and what can be done to minimize its impact on the individual and the organization. This study aims to identify strategies that support, acknowledge, and celebrate the achievements of successful women — and we want to hear from you.
