Greeting our names are Dr Mo Yuen Han of Felizberta Lo Padilla Tiong School of Social Sciences, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong and Associate Professor Kieran O’Donoghue, from the School of Social Work, Massey University New Zealand.

You are invited to participate in an online survey concerning your cybersupervision experiences during the COVID 19 pandemic. The purpose of this project is to examine and evaluate internationally supervisees and supervisors views and experiences of cybersupervision during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Participation in this project is voluntary. If you choose to participate, your involvement would consist of completing the anonymous online questionnaire in which you are asked questions about your background, and views about cybersupervision either as a supervisee or supervisor.

The questionnaire takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

If you agree to be part of this study, please complete the questionnaire and click the "Done" button at the end of the survey. You have the right to decline to answer any particular question. Completion and return of questionnaire imply consent.

You will have received the link to the questionnaire through either the International Federation of Social Work distributing it to your National Social Work Association, or from your National Social Work Association directly or via Social Work Social Media.

Upon completion of the survey the data will be stored securely by the lead researcher Dr Mo Yuen Han for a period of five years. After this period the data will be disposed of by the lead researcher.

The information collected from this survey will be used in the development of academic and professional conference presentations and publications including journal articles and books. The results from the project will also be disseminated via manuscripts submitted to academic and professional publications as well through conference and presentations to professional groups.
