Valley Metro service changes are considered twice a year to develop an effective regional transit system that supports Valley communities, businesses, and residents. Service changes are based on individual community needs, regional perspectives and public feedback. While changes would normally go into effect on April 22, 2024, if approved, the changes to the FLASH would go into effect on June 30, 2024.
