Introduction
Dear Colleagues:
It is now the middle of the school year. As we begin to reflect and plan for the end of the year here at Kettering, I am anxious to learn if we are moving in the right direction in the areas you identified as needing improvement.
The questions on this survey are based on the results of the Change of Principal Workshop (Summer 2019) which identified our strengths and opportunities for improvement as a school. We all know that positive change is a gradual process; however we want each step along the way to move us in the direction we want to go. Your feedback on our progress is invaluable. You are the heartbeat of our school and taking your pulse keeps our school healthy.
