The Homeless Action and PA Provider Network (HAPPN)  has been a signature initiative  of the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania for many years.  We would like to know how our members perceive its work, its value, its benefit as well as the areas where you think we could do more to support your efforts in ending homelessness.
