Call for Hospital Highlights
WHA’s annual Quality Report showcases the strides Wisconsin has made in reducing health care-acquired harm and promotes best practices to achieve our common goal – making our state a safe place to receive health care.
WHA is compiling examples of the great work our member hospitals have done in 2018 to improve clinical quality patient outcomes, as well as make our hospitals safe places for patients and workers. As quality professionals, it is important to share our stories with each other, as well as stakeholders in our communities, state, and nation. Those stories talk about our collective work, but we need YOUR story to add examples of how actual care teams “walk the talk.”
This year, we have this new online tool to submit your hospital’s article. Please use the form below to guide your thoughts and provide the information we would like to share with others. The topic categories we are most interested in are listed, but we will consider all submissions for inclusion in the report. Please be sure to include names and titles of those “champions” who participated in the highlighted story.
Please submit your story (along with a photo that supports your story) no later than October 26, 2018.
