My center wishes to enroll in iNICQ (internet-based) for 2023. I acknowledge my center will be invoiced for Quality Circle with iNICQ membership ($7,500 in addition to Core Membership fees).

My center wishes to enroll in a NICQ Homeroom for 2023. I acknowledge my center will be invoiced for NICQ with Quality Circle membership ($25,000 in addition to Core Membership fees).
