OCMS is your sector preferred client management system developed with and for you. It is a cloud-based system that gives agencies control of their data.  We invite you to take advantage of the key features of our service:

- Detailed real-time reports on individual and group activities that can be easily exported in a variety of formats for direct submission to iCARE or for further analysis. 
- Online videos including professional care by our support staff that included monthly Q & A webinars. 
- Everything is on-line, no need to download or install any program.
 
OCASI is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit an application for one (1) free OCMS license for up to five (5) years with access to a maximum of five (5) users (for the purpose of OCMS
license, smaller agencies is defined as agencies with yearly budget below $350,000). 

Please note: the qualifying agency for the OCMS free license, will need to confirm that their annual funding budget is under 350K every year. If funding increases to more than 350K a year, the agency will lose the option to use the system for free and will need to pay OCMS regular fees or access will be removed.
