2018 AMCHP Member Assessment

Purpose: AMCHP is undertaking this member assessment to learn more about how well you feel AMCHP is supporting you. It is important that we hear from you personally as a member, so please take a few minutes to provide us some feedback.

Deadline: Please complete the survey by Friday, April 20th, 2018.

Using Results: As with the previous Member Assessments conducted, AMCHP will use survey results to provide AMCHP leadership and staff with information needed to improve our member programs and services; develop new programs and services; measure satisfaction with AMCHP as a member organization; and share emerging issues and AMCHP organizational impact with funders and other relevant stakeholders. By taking this assessment and sharing your opinion, AMCHP's Board of Directors and staff will be able to better serve you and meet your needs as an AMCHP member.

Sharing Results: Individual survey responses will be kept confidential, but AMCHP will be sharing assessment results, in an aggregated format, with its Board of Directors and members in a future edition of AMCHP Member Briefs.
