We want your feedback on educational programming ideas in your area

As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement and supporting student success, Adams 12 Five Star Schools is currently evaluating the educational programming options in the western quadrant of our district. To better understand our community needs, we are seeking input through an online survey.

One of the Five Star Schools’ strategies for student success is offering multiple pathways for student learning. In an effort to improve offerings to all students, we are seeking input from you on possible education programming in your area. In particular, Westview Elementary and Centennial Elementary have a student population which falls below the 600-student average that other schools in the area exceed. We hope to understand what factors may contribute to this lower enrollment and to discover any unmet educational needs so we can better serve our students.

The survey should take 3-7 minutes and is completely anonymous.

The information you provide will be part of a broader discovery process including focus groups and community dialogue sessions, and will be analyzed by school staff, parent leadership teams and district staff. This information will be used to inform any future programming options and will be shared in the spring of 2016.

We appreciate your input and look forward to reviewing your responses.
