Spinal Health Month (1–30 June) is an initiative of the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA), marking 30 years of Australia’s longest-running, award-winning spinal health awareness campaign dedicated to improving the spinal health of Australians of all ages.

In 2026, the focus is back pain and its impact on mental wellbeing, raising awareness of one of Australia’s most common and costly health issues.

Each week highlights a different theme:
