Quinault Indian Nation 2022 Hazard Mitigation Plan Survey |
1. Survey Introduction
1 / 5 |
In response to Federal programs enabling the Quinault Indian Nation to declare federal disaster declarations and use pre- and post- disaster financial assistance to reduce the exposure of risks associated with natural hazards, a planning partnership comprised of members from the Quinault Indian Nation, federal, state, county, and local governments are working together to develop the Quinault Indian Nation's 2023 Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
In order to identify and plan for natural disasters, we need your assistance! The below questionnaire is designed to help us gather information about disaster issues, and to find out from you about areas vulnerable to various types of natural disasters. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and the information you provide will help us coordinate activities to reduce the risk of injury or property damage in the future.
The survey consists of various questions related to the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) and its Tribal Citizens. The survey provides an opportunity for any additional comments at the end. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous, unless you decide to provide contact information. Please take a few moments to answer the following questions to the best of your ability (you may not know the answers to all of the questions, and that is perfectly fine!). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the process for developing the Tribal Hazard Mitigation Plan, or this survey, please feel free to call Faith Webster, QIN Project Manager for this effort at (360) 276-8215 x 1038.
