Calling all Vail students, advisors, teachers and coaches! Vail Pride Day 2020 will finish the day with a half-hour student walking parade commencing at 4:00 pm. This parade will visually showcase the outstanding Vail clubs, organizations, teams, pathways and more! We want to share our great programs with the community. Cash prizes will be awarded. * 10. I understand and agree to the following parade rules and guidelines:

1.     There is no entry fee to enter the parade.

2.     The Vail Students' Shine Parade is non-motorized. Wagons or carts pulled by students are acceptable. The exception would be special needs student.

3.     Guest judges will select first, second and third place entries in the parade. The cash award goes to the entries sponsoring class, school or organization.

4.     K-8 Entries must be accompanied by a teacher or activity leader.

5.     Sorry, no live animals in the parade with the exception of service dogs.

6.     The parade route is approximately an easy 30-minutes of walking.

7.     Your teacher or advisor will receive further instruction regarding line-up, parade times, location and parade route at the Pima County Fair Grounds.

8.     Parade participants will hold the Pima County Fairgrounds, Vail Unified School District and Vail Pride Day harmless.
