The purpose of this detailed survey is to gather feedback from individuals across the cancer system on their awareness, use and perceptions of the Canadian Cancer Statistics publications and related knowledge translation (KT) products.
Your responses will help us better understand how these publications are accessed, how they are used and how they can be enhanced to meet the diverse needs of our interest holders. The survey is divided into several sections, each focusing on a different aspect of your experience and engagement. It should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
