North Newton Township Park Master Plan

North Newton Township is developing a Master Plan for North Newton Township Park and would like your participation.

What are your ideas and concerns about North Newton Township Park? How can North Newton Township Park better serve the community?

North Newton Township Park is a 6.4 acre community park with a basketball court, a playground, ball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, ½ mile walking trail, public restroom, large picnic pavilion, charcoal grills, and indoor community hall with kitchen. It is the site of the municipal building as well. In 2024, North Newton Township purchased an additional 4.56 acres of land adjoining the park to the southeast. This additional acreage creates an opportunity to expand the recreation offerings at the park. The Master Plan will explore improvements and opportunities to enhance the expanded park to meet the recreation needs and interests of residents.
