The City of Burbank's Community Development Department is conducting this survey as part of the development of the Golden State Neighborhood Protection Plan, Phase 1. This survey will help City staff better understand parking conditions and patterns within the Golden State neighborhood. This survey is for all residents, businesses, and property owners living in the neighborhood between Empire Avenue, Ontario Street, Lincoln Street, and North San Fernando Boulevard. A map of the affected area can be seen below:
