Employee and family member registration

The YMCA 5K will be held on Aug. 27 at Long Branch Park. The race is FREE for employees and $35 for family members.

FREE YMCA TRIAL ACCESS (Greater Syracuse YMCA Locations)
If you are not currently a YMCA member, employees participating in the 5K can access the YMCA for free from July 9 through Aug. 27 (includes family members, even if family members are not participating in 5K).

If you are currently a member of the YMCA as a "single membership plan" and participate in the 5K, your family members can access for free during this period.

As an incentive, 5K Participants can purchase a "Crouse in the Community" to wear to the race for a reduced price of $10 (payroll deduction available). Shirts are moisture-wicking material. Men's shirt is a unisex fitting shirt with a crew neck, women's style is a women's cut with a v-neck.  Sleeveless and short-sleeve options available.  Indicate preference below.
