Thank you for choosing JAMS as your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider under the EU-U.S.  Privacy Shield Framework and/ or the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework concerning your company's collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) and/or Switzerland.

Unlike other providers, JAMS does not charge a fee for designating us as your ADR provider of choice. Standard JAMS fees will be applied should a Data Privacy case arise. Please note that under both the Privacy Shield frameworks, should an individual consumer bring a claim against a company, that company will be responsible for 100% of the ADR fees (JAMS case management and the neutrals' fees). The consumer is not responsible for any portion of the associated fees.

Please complete the information requested below to identify the key contact for notification of a Privacy Shield or case being brought to JAMS for your company. You may designate JAMS as your ADR provider for either one of, or both of these Privacy Shield Frameworks. It is important that the individual listed here, or their designee, be available and respond promptly (within two business days) to any JAMS communication regarding a Privacy Shield case. Should JAMS be unable to reach your company using the information provided, the relationship as your ADR provider may be terminated unilaterally by JAMS. Any such termination could impact your company's compliance status under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and/or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

NOTE:  Your registration with JAMS is complete and in effect immediately once this registration form is completed. For verification purposes, JAMS provides the names of the organizations  and the program(s) you register for to the U.S. Department of Commerce once each working day. Individual contact information is not included in this weekly report.
