Please review the ACRL Plan for Excellence before submitting your unit's report to ensure you select the strategic objective that best matches your unit's activities/programs/initiatives.

Tips and guidelines for completing this report

• This report should cover unit activities/programs/initiatives completed July 2014 through June 2015.
• Please do not report an activity/program/initiative more than ONCE. While the activity may fit into multiple areas, please select the one it best matches. Duplicate entries will be removed.
• If you do not have any activities to report for a specific strategic objective, please leave that section BLANK.
• There are no character limits and each comment box can expand. However please be concise.
• Reports must be submitted by July 24.
• If you have questions, please contact your unit's staff liaison.
