Exit Defiance Comprehensive Plan Survey Welcome! The City of Defiance, with help from a diverse 16-member planning committee, is seeking your input as it begins the process of updating the City's Comprehensive Plan last inked in 2011. Many good things have occurred in Defiance over the past decade. The goal of this new Plan will be to continue this progressive path forward, working to coordinate and prioritize new community improvements in areas such as neighborhoods, economic development, downtown and riverfront revitalization, parks and recreation, infrastructure, and community services and facilities. The first step of the planning process is a quick, anonymous survey to gather your thoughts and ideas.
