Chippewa Township officials, with assistance from the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, have started the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan, as the current Plan is more than 10 years old.
The purpose of the comprehensive plan is to help provide guidance to the community in areas such as land use / zoning, agricultural preservation, parks and recreation, infrastructure, community services and facilities, and transportation. It also helps identify resources that can help the community.
The first step of the plan update process is a quick survey to gather your thoughts and ideas. The results of the survey will be valuable in helping to ensure Chippewa Township remains a great place to live and work in.
Printed copies of the survey can also be attained at the town hall located at Chippewa Township Hall located at 14228 Galehouse Road, Doylestown, Ohio 44230. Questions regarding the survey can be emailed to Darlene Smith at darlene.smith@chippewatwp.com.
