* 1. No one likes to admit it, and it’s hard to talk about, but mistakes happen in pharmacy. Technology has played a big role in helping to reduce errors, but mistakes still occur and in the pharmacy,  they can be dangerous or even deadly.  But sometimes the best way to learn is from either your own mistakes or the mistakes of others.
