by Pave, Harvard Business School, UCLA Anderson

This survey is being conducted by researchers at Harvard Business School and UCLA, in partnership with Pave, to understand how Total Rewards leaders design and refine compensation programs.

Compensation programs can be complex. We want to learn from your experience: whether you perceive complexity, where complexity comes from, who feels it most, what prevents simplification, and the consequences of complexity. The survey takes about 10 minutes.

Your responses are confidential and will never be shared with your employer — results will be reported only in aggregate.
