"Kindness, connection, community - see the whole person"

Patient Experience Week is marked around the world in April each year.

For the last few years, in WA we've had the theme of "Kindness, connection, community - see the whole person" - because this is what consumers talk about when they talk about what makes a positive experience for them as they access health services.

So we'd like to know:
  • what does that mean to you?
  • What does it look like when you see it in action?
  • What practical things help to make "kindness, connection, community - see the whole person" a reality?

We plan to share the feedback we gather through this survey with staff in health services to help raise awareness of what they can do improve the patient experience.

We will share this feedback during Patient Experience Week 2021 and throughout the year.

If you'd prefer to share your feedback another way - by email - or by video - we'd love to hear from you. You can send those to info@hconc.org.au

About you - please tell us a bit about yourself, so we understand which perspectives are included in the responses
