Introduction
From the Superintendent:
One of my core beliefs as Superintendent of the Liberty Elementary School District No. 25 is to listen, learn, and value the perspectives of every member of our wonderful community. This survey represents one of many approaches I will be using during the 2023-2024 school year to gather community input and obtain feedback from parents, students, teachers, staff, and community members on topics and activities that you feel I should be aware of. I am equally interested in understanding areas you believe we are doing well in, as well as those in which we need to make improvements. Importantly, this survey has no closing date at this time. I will monitor the feedback/comments provided continuously throughout the school year.

The Survey: This survey consists of two major sections: (A) General Topics and (B) 4-Day School Week. All items on the instrument are open-ended, permitting the most flexibility for providing input, perspectives, and suggestions on topics you feel are most critical for improving the district.
Privacy: No personally identifiable information is requested to complete this survey. When responding, please take care not to provide personal information, such as your name or your child's name.
