2023~2023 Annual Action Plan Survey

The City of Anderson is an entitlement city that receives federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The City expects to receive CDBG allocation of $914,947, and HOME allocation of $423,692 for PY 2023~2024.  The Community Needs Survey is part of the PY2023 Annual Action Plan development and is undertaken to gauge what the Community believes is important when allocating public grant funds under the CDBG & HOME programs.  The information you provide will help guide our understanding of housing and public service needs.  The questions below will help direct funding to the areas of greatest needs.
