Kohia Terrace School Parent Survey

We would like to consult with all our families to know more of your opinions on a range of key topics relevant to our school. Your input is very important to us as the findings will be used to improve the school's efforts in strengthening the partnership between our families and the school.
While your individual answers will remain anonymous, a summary of the results will be shared in the school newsletter and on the school website in due course.
Every family completing the survey will collect 100 house points. The house teams are not used as part of the analysis of survey results.

The survey will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. For each question, fill in the answer that best suits your family. There are also several places to add written comments.
If you would like assistance in the completion of this survey (e.g. translation, further explanation etc) or a hard copy, please contact Lisa Miller on 630 4525 or visit the school office.
