This award was created to recognize individuals providing care and/or assistance to clients of a nonprofit agency and who are on the essential front line of caregiving of the service profession. In a time touched by challenge and uncertainty, this award holds even greater meaning.

The intention of this award is to recognize individuals who demonstrate the qualities of a servant’s heart over time and not necessarily as the result of a single, heroic act.

Individuals selected for this award will demonstrate:

- A passion to serve by living the concept of radical loving care
- A willingness to take the extra steps to ensure that people’s needs are met
- A deep commitment to the organization’s values, mission, and vision.

---------------------------------------------------
Finalists Awards:

The Radical Loving Care winner will receive $5,000, which will be gifted to the organization.
$1,000 will be presented to each of the two finalists. This amount will be gifted to the organization.

---------------------------------------------------
Requirements for the Radical Loving Care Award:

- The individual must work in a non-supervisory role, as a paid staff member of a 501(c)(3) CNEMT-member organization devoted to providing health and human services to residents of Middle Tennessee who are vulnerable and underserved.

- Local chapters of national organizations may apply, provided they are locally managed and have financial information available locally.

---------------------------------------------------
Previous Winners and Finalists:

- Previous winners of this award are not eligible to reapply for three years. (For example, if the agency was a winner in 2022, the agency is eligible to re-apply in 2026.)

---------------------------------------------------
Please note: This application is a step-by-step process and requires you to pull together much information. You will want to set aside at least 30 minutes to complete it. Otherwise, your information will not be saved until the application has been fully submitted.
