It has been said that some men and women report post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms when they discover their partner's sexual betrayal. In an effort to better understand this the following survey has been designed to assess the validity of this claim. The survey also has questions regarding early life experiences. Completing this survey will aid professional therapists in their work with individuals and couples dealing with sexual betrayal in their lives and their relationships.
