2021 Main Street Trends Survey

Thank you for participating in our annual Trends Survey! This is an important tool that helps us understand, serve, and advocate for our network better.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. All results will be aggregated, so none of your individual responses will be made public.

Before you begin, please note these important instructions:

- This survey is intended to be taken only by local Main Street programs. This does not include Coordinating Programs, Friends of Main Street, or Allied members.

- We recommend the Executive director (or equivalent leadership position) complete the survey on behalf of your organization.

- Please ensure your organization only completes the survey ONCE.

- You do not have to be an active member of Main Street America to participate! We're seeking to gather information about the broader Main Street universe. This includes programs who are practicing Main Street and/or working with their state/city/county programs, but are not yet members of MSA.
