The North Carolina Statewide Independent Living Council (NC SILC) and the North Carolina Centers for Independent Living are gathering information about your opinions, needs, and challenges related to living with a disability in your community.

By completing this survey, you will help us better understand the needs of North Carolinians with disabilities. It is our hope that this information will help us advocate for improved access, support, and services across our state.
