Virtual Training Institute Attendee Scholarship

The American Probation and Parole Association (APPA) is accepting applications for the Dr. R.J. Polisky Line Officer Scholarship. The scholarship supports line-level community corrections professionals by providing complimentary access to an APPA Virtual Training Institute. Two recipients will be selected. Eligible applicants must currently serve in a line-level community corrections role, such as probation, parole, or pretrial services. You may nominate yourself or another worthy individual. Please complete the brief application below for consideration. The application window closes on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 8PM PT. All applications must be submitted prior to the closing date. Late applications will NOT be considered.
