Introduction
The Town of Nantucket is interested in improving the operations and service of the Planning & Land Use Services (PLUS) Department. To assist in this effort, the Town has retained The Novak Consulting Group to solicit feedback from PLUS customers and stakeholders about their interactions with the PLUS Department. The Town has contracted with consultants in the past for similar reviews of other Town Departments.
